Katya HristovaKatya Hristova is a designer and a sustainable advocate working in the Greater Boston Area. She studied at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Geodesy, Sofia Bulgaria and later on received her professional architectural degree from Illinois Institute of Technology. She is actively involved with the US Green Building Council, and she is a LEED BD+C accredited professional. Her work is mostly concentrated on healthcare architecture and the sustainable built environment. Katya is a winner of an international design competition for post-disaster provisional housing, “What if New York”.
